I am a qualified teacher who finds the most enjoyment in lessons when tutoring students who strive to be the best they can and to achieve what they put their mind to. I love by the the idea that there is never such a thing as a silly question and if you're wondering it - I can almost guarantee someone else in your classroom will be wondering it too (and as a student - I most likely found myself pondering the same too).

Chemistry tutor who understands that sometimes it's hard to "just get" science. At school I struggled to balance an equation and returning to collegei remember the dread of a tutor cold calling students to draw what they thought an atom looked like on the first day of class. This puts me in a unique position when most of the people who end up in education are those who "just got it". I am able to put myself in the shoes of my tutees and provide additional explanations and techniques that can help you to understand chemistry too! As well as teaching I have experience in outreach work with students ages 11-18 and was awarded the Waters Prize for Excellence in Outreach in 2018 by the University of Liverpool.
