About Meli
I am Melissa. I did my 500 YTT in Thailand and it changed my life. I have been traveling and teaching yoga to share this necessary tool for an optimistic lifestyle. Applying the knowledge of Yoga in the day to day and experiencing the internal and external changes obtaining a balance of constant maintenance.
