About Isabella
As a current college student with a 790 SAT Reading score and experience in advanced writing courses, including AP Language and Literature as well as current college-level writing classes, I have developed strong skills in analyzing texts, crafting compelling essays, and communicating ideas effectively. As a pharmacy major, I bring a unique perspective to writing, combining technical precision with creative expression. My role as the Coordination Head for a robotics team, where I managed communications and wrote grants, further sharpened my ability to organize information and articulate complex ideas clearly. I understand that every student has their own strengths and challenges, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to improve your essay-writing skills, ace standardized tests, or perfect a college application, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I focus on breaking down the essay-writing process into clear, manageable steps. This includes brainstorming ideas, creating detailed outlines, writing compelling introductions and conclusions, and mastering paragraph structure. I also emphasize grammar, clarity, and style to ensure polished final drafts.
Typical Lesson Plan:
- Introduction: Review the essay prompt or assignment and discuss goals.
- Brainstorming & Planning: Guide students in generating ideas and organizing them into a cohesive outline.
- Writing: Work collaboratively to draft key sections, offering tips for creating engaging arguments and supporting them with evidence.
- Feedback & Revision: Provide constructive feedback, teaching students how to revise and refine their work for clarity, flow, and impact.
- Wrap-Up: Summarize lessons and assign practice tasks to reinforce skills.
Who are lessons for:
High school students looking to excel in English classes, improve their essay-writing skills, or prepare standout college application essays. Whether for assignments, standardized tests, or personal statements, I’ll help them communicate effectively and confidently.
