About Daniela
My name is Daniela, and I'm a 24 year old English native from New York City, USA.
I have experience tutoring adults, adolescents, and kids (7+) individually or in groups. I teach from the A2 level up and specialize in helping intermediate (B1-B2) and advanced (C1+) students get past their plateau level, to see new advancements in their proficiency. I also have an MA in Cognitive Science from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, where I studied relevant topics such as Linguistics and the Psychology of Second Language Acquisition. My previous experience in the Advertising and UX Design/Design Operations corporate worlds is also used where relevant to assist my Business English teachings.
On a personal level, I enjoy meditation, health/wellness, travel, photography, yoga, Premier League football, exploring different cuisines, and photography.
