About Dr Ramya
I am a computational biophysicist with over 18 years of experience in molecular dynamics simulations, protein modeling, and computational algorithms. I hold a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of Madras, with a specialization in Computational and Structural Biology. My research spans neurobiology, intrinsically disordered proteins, and antifreeze proteins. I have held academic and research roles at institutions like SASTRA Deemed University and Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, and have successfully led projects funded by DST-SERB and DBT.
