About Finnbarr
My name is Finnbarr Ameleck Martin. I am an artist, a creator and a yoga trainer. I am 200-hour YT Certified and 200-hour Yoga in Schools Certified. My style of teaching is more focused on the spiritual aspect of our beings, and the connection of Mind, Body and Spirit. Where as a lot of yoga we see today is focused on the body and toning our core or our abs, I focus more on the breath and the meditation side of this practice. But yes, you’ll still get ripped abs.
