- My goal in teaching Yoga is to help people to find harmony between mind and body.
- I use knowledge in Yoga, anatomy and physiology to make classes safe and as beneficial as possible.
- In my teaching I follow three principles:
non-harm, logic and perfection (no matter how we perform the exercise, we do it perfectly by the very fact of doing it).
