About Gio
I have been training in the gym for 10+ years myself and have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years. I’ve previously played academy football and competed to a national standard in athletics, before serving in the Royal Marines for 6 years.
I am a graduate of the University of Bedfordshire with first class honours in Strength and Conditioning.
Coaching is now my passion, helping others gain the confidence and knowledge to accelerate their progress.

Knowledgable at an elite level about most sports from sprinting to jumping, football to weightlifting. Enjoyed hearing Gio’s stories about his time at Swindon Academy, in the Royal Marines, and competing at a national level as a multi-eventer.
Having a couple of injuries, I was always sceptical of online personal training as I believed it wouldn’t fully cater to my needs, however Gio has gone above and beyond to exceed expectations and has created a fantastic, detailed programme that has not only developed my strength, but not impacted my injury at all! I would highly recommend!
