About Julian
I am a mechatronic engineer with a degree in physical education, my field of action has always been to teach and guide processes from initiation to performance, I am specialized in Table Tennis and high-impact physical activity, preserving the limits of each body and achieving results depending on the discipline of my students, in addition to this I have an emphasis on sports nutrition to have a balanced diet that provides the necessary nutrients so as not to decompose the body.

My methodology is based on 4 phases:
1) Perform an initiation test to verify at what level they are depending on the sport of choice.
2) After obtaining the results, I carry out the planning according to the objectives that my student wishes, this planning can consist of a macrocycle, mesocycle and microcycle, depending on how much time is willing to invest.
3) The class will always go with an activation part, the central part and the final part that is to resume the return to calm.
4) A feedback is made of how I see the progress that has been obtained, if it is necessary to increase the load or on the contrary, decrease it a little.
I have no problem doing the virtual or face-to-face class as long as it is Physical Activity, for table tennis classes if it is necessary to be in person since it is important to guide the process to make the correct corrections.
