About Kayla
I am a medical student who has worked in the medical field for 6 years now. I am a self motivated, kind hearted person, who always puts others before myself. I have been a personal trainer/group fitness instructor for a year now. Within that year I have taken many courses to compliment and better help each one of my clients. I have taken extra certificate courses for dealing with clients who have back pain, who are obese, who are athletes, I have also taken additional nutrition for weight loss, and muscle gain courses and continue to further my knowledge to better help and motivate you!
