About Daniel
What makes me different from other trainers? First, I've dealt with injuries, life problems and I've had first-hand experience of life throwing things in the way. Perhaps you can relate? There's always a reason not to put yourself first and accomplish your goals.
Second, I believe that fitness shouldn't be complicated. So much of life is stressful, complex and requires so much of you. You shouldn't have to struggle to know what to do to accomplish your fitness goals. Let me show you that the path can be simplified. This doesn't mean it will be easy, but it is possible!

I'm an experienced personal trainer with a demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of clients through online and video conferencing through varied fitness settings. I'm particularly adept at understanding my clients' needs and developing creative, individualized approaches to help them achieve their personal goals. I've been on all sides of the fitness world, and so I strive for a long-term approach to help you create a lasting fitness lifestyle. I've trained people in other countries, in person at a big box gym and even out of my home in my own gym. There are no prerequisites, just a willing attitude, openness and a desire to improve yourself. I believe every person has potential, unique goals and has extraordinary value. Let's see what we can accomplish together!
