About Ana
I am a black belt and Hapkido teacher with three years of experience in gym classes. I have a degree in Taekowndo and experience in several martial arts. Recent Paulista and Brazilian Hapkido Champion. I teach for people of all ages and genders, always respecting the limits of each one. Studying Physical Education-FMU

My teaching method is adaptable to each student, I combine Hapkido (which includes punching, kicking, dodging and self-defense techniques) together with functional training to create a personalized and efficient training for the student, thus increasing his results. Always respecting the limits of each one, I seek to get the best out of the student but always applying safe training so that the student has longevity in their training.
