About Daniel
"Singing requires a balance between technical control and emotional freedom. I emphasise the importance of vocal health and proper tone and resonance from the very first meeting.
We will work on microphone technique and navigating the transition between head and chest voice. I provide free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to keep you consistent. My lessons are structured to help performance-focused students and returning learners alike feel prepared for any stage. I find great joy in watching a student discover their unique sound through guided, healthy practice."

"I teach because the voice is the most intimate instrument we possess. Vocal health is my primary concern for every singer. My background includes a BA from Cambridge and an MMus from RCM London.
I often find that my training in Modern Languages informs how I hear vowel placement in my vocal students. It is important to me that singers feel secure in their technique. I have worked with self-taught players and grade exam candidates for 13 years now.
These experiences have shaped my advocacy for women in the UK classical singing scene. We often explore stage fear management and harmony singing in a way that feels organic to the individual."
