I invited all people to take a look around @dapoleart community and my personal Instagram @mery _ _ Alexandra. For this pole lessons, we are going to focus in lines and the estethic of pole dancing. Furthermore, we are going to learn basic / intermediate tricks.
Schedule per hour:
- 10 min of conditional train with pole
- 10 min flex conditioning
- 30 min Basic pole tricks + spin
- 10 min acro pole choreography
