About Raemus
I am a Trinity College London - Grade 6 certified guitarist with over 25 years of playing experience.
My love for music began when I was just a child and I started playing the guitar at the age of 6. By age 10, I was playing in my church choir and with numerous on-the-fly song and scale change requirements, I gained a strong ability to listen and adapt.
Over the years, I took part in innumerable competitions, played in my family band for weddings, collaborated with peers from College and even released an EP with my College band, 83MPH.
I've explored various genres of music, performed at numerous venues, including music festivals, clubs, and private events. Through all these experiences, I've honed my skills and am excited to use all of it to help my students become confident and skilled performers.
In my sessions, I aim to create an open and comfortable learning environment. I welcome questions and am always interested in hearing your thoughts and opinions on whatever we are learning.
I pay close attention to detail and focus on helping you develop a strong base upon which you can build your musical journey.
In addition to my playing experience, I have over a decade of experience as an educator in music and audio. I have taught in various settings, including private online lessons, one on one lessons at music schools and full college classrooms.
Through my teaching, I have always strived to inspire and encourage students to realise their potential and achieve their goals. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
I strongly believe that it's never too late to start learning. Music can be your companion for life and I encourage anyone who is interested in learning music to get started.

I take a practical approach to learning. I will help you develop your hands to be able to play freely and I will teach you everything you need to understand about music to start expressing your own ideas.
My classes are usually broken down into sections where we focus on different aspects of playing the guitar (Finger exercises, chords, scales, strumming techniques, fretboard learning, specific songs etc.)
The classes will move at your speed and we will take as much time as you need to fully understand each topic.
I am open to teaching all age groups but my teaching method would be most suitable for young adults who are extremely passionate about learning the guitar.
