About Chelsea

As a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (Eligible to be Certified) with over 10,000 hours of experience, my support sessions are person-centered, flexible, and designed around your needs—not a rigid structure. Unlike therapy, this is peer support in a relaxed, judgment-free environment, where we work together to tackle mental health, life challenges, and personal growth.

I bring experience in:

Perfect! I’m usually someone who keeps my walls completely up, but there is something so disarming about Chelsea. They have this unique energy that immediately makes you feel like you’ve known them forever and can tell them absolutely anything. I ended up opening up and disclosing things to them about my struggles that I normally never share with anyone, simply because they create such an incredibly safe and non-judgmental space.Even though I didn't have to explain every detail of my mental health history, they completely picked up on how my inner struggles are dragging me down. They never forced a rigid strategy on me or assumed they already knew how to fix me. Working with them has been a total game-changer, and I can't wait to keep collaborating with them to work on my mental health! I had never heard of Peer Recovery Support and I'm excited to have come across Chelsea.
