About Novie

Passionate educator dedicated to building young, confident mindsHello! I am a dedicated after-school tutor specializing in elementary English and advanced memorisation techniques. I help young learners unlock their academic potential by transforming the way they study. I know firsthand that the traditional classroom format does not always fit every child's unique pace. That is why I have made it my mission to provide a supportive, empowering space where elementary students can truly thrive, catch up, and get ahead.

Why parents trust me with their child's education, teaching young learners requires much more than just knowing the subject—it requires patience, high energy, and deep empathy. My approach combines a strong command of the English language with a deep understanding of childhood learning patterns.

Rather than focusing on boring repetition, I specialize in cognitive study tools that match how young brains actually process information. I excel at breaking down complex reading and grammar rules into simple, unforgettable concepts. When you work with me, you are not just hiring someone to help with homework; you are partnering with an educator who genuinely cares about building your child’s self-esteem and making them feel unstoppable in the classroom.

Give your child the ultimate after-school advantageAfter a long school day, the last thing an elementary student wants is more dry, exhausting desk work. That is why my after-school sessions are dynamic, stress-free, and highly rewarding. I transform the dreaded after-school slump into a powerful hour of growth, ensuring your child stays sharp, finishes their homework, and actually looks forward to learning.I strategically structure every hour to maximize focus and retention without overwhelming young minds:

The Brain Booster (10 mins): We kick off with high-energy English word games that shake off school fatigue and prime their brain for focus.

Targeted English Mastery (20 mins): We conquer school homework, master tricky grammar rules, and sharpen reading comprehension using crystal-clear, bite-sized explanations.

The Memorisation Toolkit (20 mins): I teach your child how to learn, not just what to learn. Using visual associations, fun mnemonics, and active recall games, I give them the secret strategies to effortlessly remember vocabulary, spelling rules, and facts.

Confidence Builder Wrap-Up (10 mins): A quick review where the student proves what they learned, sending them away feeling proud, capable, and ready for school tomorrow.Unlock your child's true potentialI do not believe in boring rote memorisation or forcing children to stare at a textbook. My methodology turns study habits into interactive, gamified skill-building.By blending patient, positive reinforcement with proven cognitive memory techniques, I help elementary students build a rock-solid foundation in English. Parents who work with me do not just see an immediate lift in school grades—they see their children become self-assured, independent learners who know exactly how to tackle any exam or assignment with total confidence.
