About Veanna
I’m an Electromechanical Engineering Technician graduate with a strong academic background in math, physics, and other STEM subjects. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and have experience tutoring students in a range of math and science topics.
As a tutor, I’m patient, approachable, and focused on making difficult concepts easier to understand. I take the time to identify where a student is struggling and adapt my explanations to their learning style rather than using the same approach for everyone.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to build their confidence and help them develop a stronger understanding of the material so they can work more independently.

My lessons are personalized, practical, and focused on understanding concepts rather than simply memorizing formulas.
I help students build a strong understanding of the underlying concepts, learn how to approach different types of problems, work through calculations step by step, and prepare for tests, assignments, and exams.
I adjust my explanations based on each student's needs and use examples and guided practice to help them become more comfortable solving problems on their own. Students are always encouraged to ask questions and take their time with concepts they find challenging.
