About Bridgett
Hi, I’m Bridgett! I’m a former elementary school teacher with a Master’s in Education and a genuine love for working with children and language learners. Helping students feel confident, supported, and excited about learning is at the heart of everything I do. With my background in elementary education, I understand how important patience, encouragement, and clear explanations are, especially when learning a new language. I create a calm, welcoming learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing at their own pace. My teaching style is friendly, structured, and student-centered. I enjoy turning lessons into positive experiences by using simple explanations, engaging activities, and real-life examples that make learning meaningful. I believe every child can succeed when they feel understood and supported. As an ESL tutor, my goal is to help students feel confident, supported, and comfortable using English in everyday situations.
