About Amawu
I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineering undergraduate with a strong academic background and an excellent command of the English language. While engineering provides me with logic and structure, my passion for language and communication and 5 years teaching experience allows me to teach English with full clarity. I understand the specific areas where secondary students struggle and I am dedicated to helping them write clearly and speak confidently and achieve outstanding results in their academics.

My teaching approach is highly interactive and focused on building confidence. Just like complex engineering equations, I break down complex English grammar rules, sentence structure, and vocabulary into simple, relatable, and understandable concepts. For secondary students, I focus heavily on proper reading techniques, essay writing, and letter formatting. I use step-by-step exercises to ensure students master spellings, punctuation, and oral English, preparing them for their school tests and junior and senior WAEC exams.
