About Naya
I am a recent graduate from the University of Arizona. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education with an ESL endorsement and have just started my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with a Gifted Endorsement. I completed my student teaching in 3rd grade and have had fieldwork experiences in classrooms of various grade levels. I look forward to working with you and helping you grow!

I focus on creating goals with my students and providing them with an individualized plan on how they will achieve their goals. I focus on breaking down complex topics into smaller, understandable parts. I use real world examples that connect to the student, so they are able to apply what they are learning to their lives. I start out my lessons with a review of previous material, then introduce new concepts with examples. I include practice problems and provide guidance when needed. I then end my lessons with a summary of what we learned or reviewed.
