About Seraphina
I am a dedicated piano instructor with four years of teaching experience and a Licentiate of Music in Piano LMusA or equivalent academic background. My teaching philosophy centers on active participation so students learn by playing exploring and thinking musically. I believe piano education should develop both technical ability and expressive musicianship.
My lessons combine technique training music theory and historical understanding to create a complete musical foundation. Students also explore creativity through improvisation interpretation and musical expression. I design personalized lessons that match each student’s goals learning style and musical interests.
From beginner learners discovering the keyboard to advanced players refining performance skills I guide students through structured and inspiring progress. I focus on building strong technique confident sight reading and deep musical understanding. Lessons also include repertoire development ear training and stylistic awareness.

My piano lessons focus on building strong musical foundations while helping students enjoy the learning process. I begin by understanding each student’s level and musical goals. Lessons include technique development, finger strength, posture, and hand coordination. I also teach sight reading so students can confidently read and interpret new music.
Students learn rhythm accuracy with the help of metronomes and structured timing exercises. I introduce improvisation to encourage creativity and musical expression. Practice routines are carefully planned so students know exactly how to improve between lessons. Progress tracking is used to monitor improvement and keep motivation high.
Technology is also part of the learning experience. I use virtual piano apps, digital tools, and interactive exercises to make practice more engaging. Students preparing for structured assessments receive focused training in performance pieces, scales, and musical interpretation. I guide learners in refining phrasing, dynamics, and expressive playing for polished performances. My goal is to help every student grow in confidence, skill, and passion for the piano.
