About Liza
Hi! I’m a piano teacher with over 9 years of experience and an Associate of Music in Piano Skills. I specialize in teaching students for church, theater, and wedding band performance. Lessons are personalized to suit each student’s style and goals.
We focus on practical skills like chord voicings, rhythmic accuracy, sight-reading, and improvisation. I emphasize ensemble playing and expressive accompaniment to prepare students for real performance situations.
My teaching is encouraging and motivating. Lessons are interactive, helping students grow confidence and versatility. Together, we develop pianists ready to play in any live setting.

I focus on helping students explore piano improvisation in various styles. Lessons cover jazz, blues, and pop, emphasizing melodic development and comping techniques. Students learn to create spontaneous arrangements naturally.
