About Caterina
My name is Caterina originally from Italy and based in London, I'm 25 years old and I am a passionate professional dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher. I grew up in a little dance school directed by my mother, where I spent most of my time since the age of 4. After completing my high school studies, I moved to Rome (the capital of Italy) and I started my professional studies in Contemporary, Pilates, Ballet & Modern Dance. After completing my studies, I started traveling around the world with my passion, and I had the best time creating new works or performing in other companies! Since 2018 I moved to London and since then I've been working for a variety of music videos (Gracey, Yves Tumor, Headie One, Eyk Music, Hope Tala) and for fashion campaign (Diesel, M&S Denim, Mary katrantzou) and I've been featured in online magazines like Dazed & Confused, BURO London & Out of Step. I had the pleasure of working with a variety of directors such as Isamaya Ffrench, Matilda Finn, Aidan Zamiri, Jake Nava, Natalie Rae and others. I hold a Master Degree in Choreography

My methodology is based on working on the 4 main areas of the language (grammar, listening, speaking, writing) combining those elements in a fun, yet serious way in order to learn Italian in a joyful way. Caterina's classes are insightful and inspiring. She is friendly and approachable. Her perspective towards improvisation makes you think about your body, environment as well as your state. Her feedback has helped me with engaging my whole body while moving and break out of my movement habits.

Caterina is a fantastic teacher, she's incredibly understanding, patient and very much gears her teaching to your own pace. Having said that he’s also really good and gradually pushing you forwards. It was really amazing experience.
Caterina and I met during my first dance experience as dance companions. Her talent grown and she quickly became my dance teacher. She is extremely creative and her final aim is always to bring out the best from her students both as dancers and persons.
