About Isabel
Hi! I’m an enthusiastic psychology tutor who achieved an A* in Psychology at Alleyn’s School and will be studying Psychology (BSc) at the University of Bath, with aspirations to become a forensic psychologist. I offer engaging online lessons for GCSE and A-level students.
I've had experience tutoring students while I was at school, and, being a childcare provider, have spent a lot of time around kids and know how how to tailor lessons to individuals. Planning to have a career in Psychology means that I genuinely enjoy teaching the subject - plus it consolidates my knowledge too! I'm excited to take on students and am committed to seeing positive results.
Other than psychology, my main passions are dogs, random hobbies, and exploring new places! I'm currently on a gap year and loving it, and as a very social person I think that tutoring is honestly something I am perfectly suited for. I'm also happy to teach English Literature A Level, having achieved an A myself, and Spanish GCSE (9).

As someone who is genuinely passionate about psychology, I aim to make lessons engaging, supportive, and motivating, helping students to not only succeed academically but also to enjoy the subject and flourish in their knowledge.
My teaching approach focuses on guiding and empowering students. I take students through all required content, breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable concepts, and helping them truly understand what they’re learning. Lessons are interactive, discussion-based, and tailored to each student’s needs, with plenty of exam-focused tips and opportunities to build confidence.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, making them ideal for GCSE and A-level psychology students who want to improve understanding, boost grades, or grow their confidence in the subject - or even those who want a taster before finalising their A Level options!
