About Heidi
Hey there! I'm Heidi, passionate about all Latin rhythms.
Coming from a Hispanic family and having grown up in a small town in Ecuador, music and dancing have always been part of my life. Since Latin dance academies were not common, I consider myself a Street Dancer.
My biggest love was always Bachata, I always felt connected with that sentimiento and amargue feeling even if I wasn't heartbroken and my only step was the basic one, It wasn't until I arrived in NYC that destiny guided me to meet my greatest idol "AceFusion". Since then I have had the great pleasure of constantly training with them and falling more in love with the roots and simplicity of this beautiful dance.
I'm a Certified Amargue Flow Instructor directed by Andrea Arenasvazquez aka “AceFusion” and I also have trained with Desiree Godsell’s AnD Formation Bachata Team.
My passion for dance has led me to educate myself beyond the movements to the different ways of helping a student understand how to enjoy the dance as they feel the music, build confidence, and survive on a dance floor without frustration.
I always think that is never how many steps you know but the feeling behind the intention with which you interpret them, less is more!!

To provide the best experience with access to professional equipment, a safe environment, and uninterrupted focus I'm only offering private classes at a Studio.
Studio fee: +$24-$28/hr, if you buy a package, the hr studio fee is on me :)
