I have been a yoga practitioner for over 5 years. I am currently a yoga teacher, certified to teach yoga at the 200-hour level by a school that is registered with Yoga Alliance. I currently offer private, and group classes in-person and online.

I like to offer useful modifications for my students so that they may get the most out of their experience.
