As a tutor, I focus on helping students truly understand the reasoning behind each concept, rather than just memorizing steps or doing something because someone told them to. I believe that once you understand the “why,” the “how” becomes much easier and more natural. My approach is conversational, supportive, and tailored to each student’s pace and goals.
A typical lesson with me is about one hour, split into two main parts. We start with around 30 minutes of reviewing past problems, figuring out what went wrong, why it happened, and how to fix it. This helps build a solid foundation and clears up confusion. Then, we move on to new problems, working through them step by step together.
These lessons are ideal for college students currently taking Calculus I, Calculus II, or Linear Algebra, whether you’re aiming to catch up, stay on track, or get ahead.
