About Katia
- What kind of experience do you have? I have 8 years of experience teaching private lessons to children and adults, and with classroom teaching. I have wide experience as a soloist, chamber groups and Orchestras. I have performed with various Orchestras in England and internationally. Performing has given me knowledge that I can apply to my teaching, helping my students to develop both the technique and performance aspects. - Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate? I always tailor my teaching to each student's needs and preferences, focusing on enjoyment, relaxation, expression and quality technique. I teach at my home in Crouch End, N8, at your home and online. - Tell me about your experience. I have been playing flute over 20 years and have experience as soloist, chamber groups and orchestras.
