Welcome to my yoga practice! I’m Zindgee Patel, a certified yoga instructor with over 6 years of experience in guiding students on their journey to physical and mental well-being. My classes are designed to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha, and restorative yoga, and I offer a variety of classes that cater to all levels. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, body awareness, and breathwork to ensure that each session is not only a physical workout but also an opportunity to relax and clear your mind.
