With over 11 years of experience, I teach guitar to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players. My approach blends traditional technique with modern technology to create engaging, effective lessons. I use digital tools such as DAWs, tablature software, virtual amps, and metronome apps to enhance learning, practice, and performance. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether it’s mastering classical technique, exploring jazz improvisation, or developing electric guitar skills. I integrate technology to support songwriting, composition, and recording, helping students turn ideas into polished pieces. My guitar teaching approach focuses on developing both technical skill and musical creativity. I guide students from the basics to advanced techniques, ensuring they feel confident at every stage. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether it’s classical mastery, jazz improvisation, or modern electric guitar.
I emphasize real-time creativity and improvisation, helping students explore melodies, chord progressions, and solos in the moment. Modal application is introduced gradually, allowing learners to understand how scales and modes shape their music. Jam-based learning is a key part of my sessions, encouraging students to play alongside others and develop their sense of timing, rhythm, and musical conversation.
Alongside technique, I focus on expression and musicality. Students who love precise classical playing receive structured guidance to excel. Those drawn to strumming and rhythm are supported to shine in creative, dynamic ways. I include exercises in ear training, sight reading, and composition to enhance overall musicianship.
I aim to create a fun, encouraging environment where mistakes are part of learning. Every student leaves lessons feeling motivated, confident, and inspired to play more. My goal is not just to teach guitar, but to cultivate a lasting passion for music.
