I'm Sarah, Parisian since 5 generations in my family! I have a Bachelor in Philosophy from La Sorbonne University, and a Graduate Degree in Education from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, qualifying me as a School Teacher. I have been working in bilingual French schools in New York, Paris and Melbourne for the past decade. I have been tutoring and preparing many students to their French Secondary certificates/Baccalauréat/VCE, as well as the DELF/DALF exams organised by the Alliances Françaises, in order for them to get the nationality or enter university in France.

In my lessons, I follow the A1 to C2 methods of the DELF/DALF, used by the Alliances Françaises for all non-natives students, and cater to the international/bilingual school curriculum for the ones in need of extra tutoring to prepare their VCE/Secondary Certificates/Baccalauréat. Conversational French lessons are also offered on demand for the more casual students :) I offer lessons online mostly of 45min to 1h, and I usually offer a 5 or 10/term pack commitment after the first one.

Perfect! Sarah was a fantastic tutor for me in Melbourne for a couple of years. Not only does Sarah have great qualifications, but she's a natural teacher who makes learning fun. Sarah's expert guidance helped me understand some tricky elements of French grammar, and with a lot of conversational practice, I became more confident in my spoken French competency. I really enjoyed my time learning with Sarah and highly recommend her as a tutor!
Perfect! Sarah is a brilliant French tutor! I'm preparing for the DELF B2 exam with her, and I am thoroughly enjoying learning with her. Excellent! Learning a language is an extremely difficult task, that can be somewhat anxiety inducing. Sarah is a patient, humorous and knowledgeable guide to have by your side along the way. Sarah is a terrific teacher, reliable, friendly and organised. She is highly knowledgeable, formerly trained in music since a very young age in the Paris conservatoire. She naturally builds a great rapport with kids, balancing theory, practice and fun every time. Sarah can adapt her style and lessons based on the needs of the children. She comes with my utmost recommendations.
Sarah is an accomplished musician and teaches me the piano. What has impressed me is her knowledge of music theory, her versatility, her patience and her encouragement.
