I have been tutoring online since I graduated from Oxford several months ago. I have also taught English as a foreign language. Despite being relatively new to the job, I am bursting with enthusiasm and can't wait to take more students on board.

I'm Olivia and I have a degree from Oxford University in English Language and Literature. I have achieved high grades throughout my academic past, but more importantly I enjoy helping others to do the same and have lots of teaching experience.
I'm a creative person who likes thinking experimentally and coming up with new, fun and exciting ways of going about things. Lessons with me are never boring, and I believe in letting students make their own mark on whatever it is they're studying
I can tutor up to degree level and am always willing to go the extra mile to make lessons personal and tailored exactly to your needs

I started my lessons with Olivia after I found myself confused with the breadth and exam technique of A level English literature. Olivia was a responsible and friendly tutor who encouraged me explore my own ideas and helped me develop the skills I needed to succeed in the exam as well as increasing my confidence in English. Olivia was always prepared for our lessons and put a lot of effort into her detailed lesson plans which I could then take home and review. I also found the essay templates she would make for me very helpful as they gave me a sense of how to structure me essay and guided me on the types of questions that I struggled to organise my thoughts with.
