About Jack
I graduated from the University of Oxford in 2023 in Earth Sciences, and now I am a 1st year PhD student at the University of Bath studying Sustainable Chemical Technologies. I have ADHD, and this has made it difficult for me to understand concepts first time, so I understand the importance of being patient, taking breaks, and making this a learning experience that actually works with your way of thinking.

I am new to tutoring and keen to impress. Rather than trying to teach from scratch, I prefer to focus on key questions raised by the student - my preferred teaching method is face-to-face student-led. A typical lesson would be 60 minutes, although I am flexible with both longer and shorter lessons. I am confident teaching GCSE and A-Level maths, chemistry, physics, and geology.
