About Billie
I'm a second year biochemist at Brasenose college, Oxford, and I love teaching because my teachers in school greatly influenced my passions, and I hope to do the same for others. I enjoy making learning more fun, and love focusing on areas the students find interesting, and talking about their passions within the subject.

In a lesson, I'll typically work through aspects of the course the student has struggled with, or tutor based on their previous work in school. I'm willing to help out with homework and exam skills, and set extra work if needed. Talking through harder areas and then applying them to questions/scenarios is usually my most productive way of teaching.
have previously tutored 2 GCSE students and 1 A-level student in Biology, with all students going on to receive 3 grades higher than previously attained, at grade 7/A or above. Biology is one of my passions and its a very interesting topic! I'd love to pass my appreciation for the subject onto my students.
