About Sif
I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford where I studied a masters in Greek and Roman History. Before this, I completed an undergraduate degree in Ancient History at the University of Birmingham.
I have a qualification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (certTESOL) and have previously volunteered to teach beginners Latin to students aged 11-14 at a Classics Summer School.

Being fully bilingual from childhood in both in English and Danish, I can offer informal sessions to anyone interested in learning Danish, whether a complete beginner or someone who already has experience with the language. I can offer one-off sessions for those planning on taking a trip to Denmark who might want to learn the basics (ordering food, asking for directions, and so on). I can also offer more regular sessions in which we chat in Danish. If desired, I can set simple activities for homework such as: read a short article, listen to a podcast, or watch a film in Danish before the lesson so we can discuss it. I am happy to tailor the sessions to your needs!
