About ANUSKA
I used to own a restaurant but after my child was born i left that business therefore now i am a housewife. I am planning to start a home delivery business though from my house so that i can look after my child as well as follow my passion. I live in a joint family and naturally throughout the year we celebrate a lot of festivals and organise many family gatherings, in all those I cook for some 50 people everytime single handedly and believe me i love it. I love when after eating my dishes i get praised by all the guests and their satisfaction gives me enough happiness. There is nothing to be afraid of in cooking, its fun once you start enjoying it. These years of experience has taught me so much andmade me so confident and now i want to give out my knowledge to people who really want to learn this art.

For me cooking is an art. Just mugging up the ingrediants and their quantities cannot lead to learn cooking. It will just be like two friends coming together to cook some delicacies. I will teach the different uses of each ingrediant and spices and their utilities in cooking, each spice add a different flavour and enhance the taste in different ways, that will be taught. Once in a month i will give you some ingrediants and you have to blend them and create a dish of your own. This will boost your confidence and you will become the best cook.
