About Catherine
Hi! I'm Catherine and I currently live near D.C.. I grew up in Heidelberg, Germany, so am fluent in German as well as English. I have played the violin for 16 years, the piano for 10, and the flute for 6. I am also an alto singer in choir. I have two cats, Liesel and Rudy, who live with me in my apartment.

I've been playing the violin for years and as such have been taught by a variety of teachers in Germany and the United States. I now am concertmaster of my school's University Orchestra, play in a student quartet, and am an accompanist for my school's award-winning choir. I teach beginning level students from the community the Suzuki method and help develop existing skills in more advanced students.
