As the Department Head of the ESL and Modern Languages department, I want to say that Mariana is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, intelligent, and kind teachers out there. Not only is she an amazing and engaging educator, but she is also one of the most humble teachers out there—always willing to learn and try innovative teaching approaches, especially with our ESL students, at-risk, and vulnerable students.

I was really impressed with her experience and has invested a lot of time into her own education through her masters degree and additional certifications and it REALLY shows. Every lesson with my 5 year old was different and you could tell it was thought out and that a lot of preparation went into it. Her patience is unmatched. I cannot recommend her enough!!
