About Kundan

I'm Kundan Mishra, a running and strength & conditioning coach and the coach of the Gurugram Amateur Runners Club in India, where I write every plan, run every session and lead every race build. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, am certified by the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and have 10 years of coaching experience.

Since 2024 I've been racing seriously myself, so my coaching is specific, not generic. My verified chip times:
• Half marathon: 1:42:58 (Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, 157th of 1,382 in Men 30-34)
• 25K: 2:00:43 (Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata)
• 10K: 43:55
• HYROX Delhi: 1st place, Doubles Men 30-34
• HYROX Mumbai 2026: 10th of 1,596 in Doubles Men

My training is not just mileage. Strength, mobility and conditioning sit alongside the running, the part most amateur runners skip until something hurts. Whether it's your first-ever 5K or your fifth half marathon, I'll meet you where you are.

Your first 60-minute online session is FREE. Tell me your goal race and your current 5K time (or that you're starting from zero), and I'll reply the same day with an outline of your first 4 weeks.

This is 1-on-1 online running coaching built around a busy Singapore schedule and Singapore's heat and humidity. Whether you're training for your first 5K, a 10K or a half marathon, you get a plan that fits your week and your race date.

What you get:
• A personalized 5K, 10K or half marathon plan built around your schedule and race date
• Structured walk-run and run intervals that progress safely week by week
• Strength, core and lower-body conditioning to keep you injury-free
• Running drills, form checks by video and breathing technique
• Pacing guidance for hot, humid conditions and a race-day strategy
• Regular check-ins so you stay consistent

A typical session: warm-up and mobility, running drills and form check, a review of your run data, then strength and core conditioning you can do at home or in your condo gym.

Who it is for:
• Complete beginners who want to run their first 5K
• Runners stepping up to 10K or a half marathon
• Experienced runners chasing a PB without getting injured
All sessions are online in English, scheduled in Singapore time (SGT).

Ready to start? Click "Book a lesson" and tell me your goal. Your free first session is the easiest way to see if my coaching is right for you.
