About Najm
I am a Nursing professional with a Master's degree in Nursing, over 13 years of experience in ICU and CCU, and experience as a university instructor. Throughout my career, I have combined clinical practice with teaching to help students understand both theoretical concepts and real-world nursing skills.
I am patient, organized, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence. My goal is to support every student in achieving academic success and becoming a knowledgeable and competent healthcare professional.
