About Alexis
I'm a DJ, producer, composer based in Berlin. I've been making music since I was very young. I specialized in electronic music at an early age and now make it my profession.
I'm the founder of DJ School Berlin, a hub for passionate music lovers to learn, connect, and grow in a fun, accessible, and professional community

I have an artistic project (Dj/Live) and run my own label, through which I release vinyl/digital music & organize parties.
I regularly perform in Berlin at clubs such as Watergate, Sisyphos, Hoppetosse, RSO, Golden Gate, and more, as well as abroad, with recent gigs in Belgrade, London, Amsterdam, Paris, and beyond.
I also compose music for various types of media such as commercials, video game music, soundtracks etc.

Sessions usually last 2 hours, and can take place face-to-face or online, solo or in a group.
. Group sessions are friendly, less expensive, more dynamic in terms of learning and interesting because you get to observe another student practicing (Dj), correcting TPs (Prod.) or discussing technics, which leads to valuable insights.
. In 1-1 if you're more comfortable solo and prefer a personalized and efficient approach, fully adapted to your pace and creative needs.
I'll give you the keys to :

- Master all mixing technics
- Create dynamic transitions and cuts
- Discover new music (dig)
- Record podcasts
- Prepare your sets/tracklists and set up an efficient and intuitive music management system.
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Get to grips with the software (Ableton Live)
- Understand the structure and manipulation of sound
- Create your own music
- Refine your sound
- Express yourself with musical ease or deepen in a more advanced specific technic if you're already familiar with music production .
The learning path will be tailored to your needs and your sound, whatever it may be.
I'll also accompany you and advise you on the purchase of your equipment/plugins/tools.
Classes take place either at the DJ School Berlin studio in Kreuzberg, equipped with 2 CDJs, 2 vinyl decks, workstation, synths, drum machines and controllers or online with screen sharing and quality audio without latency or loss. Classes are always followed by review sheets and homework assignments.
Classes are a mix of theory and practice, and we also cover the values and precepts of this art form, giving you lots of pro tips and tricks, as well as creative surprises ;)
Don't hesitate to contact me for more information, I can send you a detailed document explaining all aspects of the training, the techniques covered, as well as the essential theoretical knowledge. You'll develop a complete understanding of the material, learn how to tell your musical story, create, record, finish, export and share your work.
