About Vishal
Hi, I’m Vishal. I’m an experienced Maths and Science tutor with over 10 years of tutoring experience, having taught and supported more than 100 students across different ages and ability levels.
Over the years, I’ve helped students build confidence, improve their academic performance and progress towards university. Students I’ve supported have gone on to study courses including Law, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance, and Pharmacy.
Alongside tutoring, I’m a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accounting and Finance, and I achieved A grades in A-Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry.
My teaching style is patient, supportive and structured. I focus on breaking difficult topics into simple, manageable steps, identifying gaps in understanding and building confidence through clear explanations and plenty of practice.
I tutor Maths and Science from KS2 through to GCSE and can support students with schoolwork, topic revision, exam preparation and developing strong foundations for future study.

I offer friendly and structured Maths and Science lessons for students from KS2 through to GCSE. My aim is to make difficult topics easier to understand, build confidence and help students make consistent progress.
I tailor each lesson to the individual student, focusing on any areas they are struggling with before using worked examples, practice questions and exam style questions to strengthen their understanding. I also encourage students to explain their thinking so I can identify and correct any gaps in their knowledge.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and can include homework support, topic revision, exam preparation and help with schoolwork.
I achieved A grades in A-Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry, hold a degree in Accounting and Finance, and I am also a Chartered Accountant. My professional background has strengthened my analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, which I bring into my teaching.
My lessons are suitable for KS2, KS3 and GCSE students of different abilities, whether they need extra support, want to build confidence or are aiming for higher grades
