I'm new to giving lessons but want to gain some experience (to improve my teaching skills) and hopefully help some children achieve the goals they have set! I didn't truly feel as though I had a teacher I could depend on in high school, so I'd love to offer that opportunity to others.

Hello! I'm Joey, I'm 18 years old and I'm a lover of English. I've been reading and writing since I was very young and continue to do so on a regular basis, so I have an ever growing passion for the language and its history. I give lessons at anywhere from primary to GCSE Level to people of any and all ages! Lesson structure will consist of thoroughly going through past papers and becoming familiar and comfortable with the ideal answer structure, revisiting my notes (of which you will be provided a copy) and in the case of literature, reading and explaining key book/poem quotations and themes and ensuring an understanding of important terminology and how to use it effectively.
