About Lea
I did my Master's degree in Software Engineering and got lucky to spent half a year in beautiful Canada. In the past years I have taught in different contexts and I'm still enjoying to work with students and pass on knowledge. I got the opportunity to work with students of different levels including university students. My experience reaches from teaching individuals to handling classes of students on my own. I have done a fair share of online tutoring already. Beginning of this year I spent two months in Asia teaching English.

To me, it is important to meet each other with respect during class. I'd say I have an interactive teaching style since teaching is not supposed to be a monologue but rather a conversation, which gives both the teacher and the student the opportunity to learn from one another. No matter whether you'd like to work on your pronunciation or need help with grammar, I can certainly help you out. I studied English as a foreign language myself and I am therefore familiar with concepts of teaching grammar. Having spent many months abroad, I speak English fluently. You can count on my motivation, patience and humor (who says studying needs to be boring) during classes!

Lea hat mir geholfen meinen (englischen) Essay für ein Seminar zu überarbeiten. Dabei hat sie sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, war gut vorbereitet und hat mir konstruktiv geholfen, mich selber zu verbessern. Sie förderte und forderte mich um somit das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erzielen. Sie ist sehr geduldig, einfühlsam und hilfsbereit, sie bereitet sich gut vor und hat sehr gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten. Ich würde sie in jedem Fall besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!
