Online Biology or Earth Science Tutor - 5 years experience as a high school teacher

Had him for high school biology a few years ago. Inarguably one of the best teachers that I had. I honestly credit him for me surviving my college science classes. Chill dude and is really good at explaining his knowledge without fluff. Can't go wrong learning from him.

My name is Drew, my best friend Chase and I had Mr. McCarty as our science teacher almost 8 years ago. We STILL talk about Mr. McCarty to this day because he was hands down our favorite teacher at our school. We were by no means the smartest, or most behaved, students in his class yet he took time to sit us down and help us study for tests. And was a big factor in both of us passing our SOL’s. Great teacher and even better person!

Mr. McCarty was my Earth Science teacher I believe in 9th or 10th grade and while Science was not and still isn't my favorite subject his passion for teaching made it way more interesting for me! I highly recommend him! He is trustworthy because he really made his students feel like they mattered.
