About Francesca
Francesca Lia Treymaine is an actor, presenter, and performance coach with a career spanning television, film, and theatre. She is widely recognised as the presenting host of Creatives on the Couch, a TV talk show spotlighting actors, filmmakers, and industry professionals, where she brings warmth, insight, and first-hand industry understanding to conversations about creative careers.
Her screen work includes performances in award-winning films and a range of independent screen projects, giving her a strong, practical grasp of screen acting, on-camera technique, and the professional expectations of contemporary productions. This screen experience is underpinned by an extensive theatre background from her early career, where rigorous training and performance work shaped her command of text, character, voice, and physical presence.
Francesca now offers one-to-one acting tuition, specialising in confidence building, truthful performance, and reconnecting actors with their authentic instincts. Her approach is highly personalised, supportive, and practical, drawing on real-world experience rather than theory alone. She works with actors at all stages of their careers, helping them overcome blocks, strengthen self-belief, and deliver grounded, compelling performances that translate effectively to screen and stage.

Alongside this, I work on developing presence, active listening, and genuine interest in fellow actors, enabling intentional, grounded, and responsive performances that feel truthful and alive on screen.
