About Frederick
I am a TEDx public speaking coach & have coached over 7000 people so far in my journey. I have been featured on the BBC as a public speaking expert & I myself deliver keynotes internationally. I work with organisations such as City University of London & Association of British Insurers to help their staff feel better when speaking & speak better. My background is in professional sports & I have transferred those skills into communications - performing under pressure

Public speaking is usually taught to be quite performative. Coaches and programmes usually only focus on body language, voice projection & how you will be perceived by your audience. Yes, this is important, but how about how you feel as a speaker? Are you showing up as you or are you putting on a mask? Do you feel pressure to speak a certain way? My job is to allow you to remove the mask, stop seeing public speaking as a performance or a presentation, it is a conversation! My approach is to give you the tools to be the best version of you, looking at the psychology of why we get nervous, using mindfulness techniques to help you relax & powerful public speaking techniques to boost your confidence. My lessons are for anyone who would like to speak better & feel better when they speak. I am an international keynote speaker myself & have coached a number of people to deliver a TEDx talk. I have also been featured as a public speaking expert by the BBC
