About Eoin
I have been interested in biology from when I started secondary school. I took it for GCSE and A level (both AS and A2) and now currently study medicine at university. However, I wouldn't have made it this far were it not for the people that helped and educated me along the way for which I am very grateful. Now I feel its my turn to help out people in the same situation that I was in like you. As for past tutoring experience I have tutored siblings, family friends and was a student mentor in school. I grew up with six siblings and being the brainy box meant I often helped them with their homework etc. Aside from this, last year I tutored the daughter of a family friend who was preparing for her 11+ transfer test which I found very rewarding. During my final two years at school I was a student mentor and was responsible for a class of 30 students once a week. I planned a weekly lesson for them based on what they wanted to learn about outside of the curriculum, a role I really enjoyed. Outside of academics, I am a skydiver and love nothing more than offering help and advice to student skydivers. If there is anything else you'd like to know please do get in touch.

Hello, I'm Eoin your new biology tutor. I'm a 3rd medical student studying in Liverpool from Ireland who has a love for sharing my knowledge of biology with others. I like to keep lessons casual and informal with my students, like you, and always aim to explain concepts in biology in a simple and relatable manner.
