About Rebekah
I have over 5 years of experience in education, my most recent experience being in nursing education. I am passionate about teaching the newest generation of nurses about the profession I love so deeply. During nursing school, I worked as a student coordinator teaching and scheduling exam and course content review sessions. As a registered nurse working in ICU, I continue to participate in education through precepting, developing educational initiatives for my unit, and educating patients and family members daily. I can also provide a great deal of education through real life experience, with experience as a Rapid Response nurse, a charge nurse, and a CCRN certified nurse.

So. My lessons.
I am super passionate about nursing, and my speciality is medical surgical. I can offer tutoring on med-surg, critical care, pharmacology, pathophysiology, and leadership/management courses that is rife with real world examples
However, my specialty in tutoring is nursing test prep. My job in nursing school was as a student coordinator for a student success program. I literally got PAID to break down the standardized tests I needed to pass my courses (and ultimately, my license) and understand how to statistically improve test scores. I can help you break down nursing exam questions, the best ways to study, and to think like the test makers.
Finally, I offer mentoring/1 on 1 coaching for new nurses in their care environments. From breaking down new concepts, to improving prioritization and time management skills, to navigating unfamiliar social and ethical dynamics, I am here for you.
